Everybody experience some kind of anxiety. However, constant anxiety will result in a state of continues stress. That stress will prevent you from functioning normally. Sometimes anxiety can go on and on, and become a lifelong problem.Some people are worriers and are frightened that something unpleasant or awful is going to happen. Their thinking causes fear, they avoid danger and that can affect their confidence.

Disorders caused by anxiety are;

Social Phobia is anxiety related to social circumstances such as fear public speaking, fear of what others may think of you, fear of blushing or profound fear of showing yourself up.

Panic disorder is a panic attack that occurs suddenly, without warning and for no apparent reason. It can last few seconds. Minutes or over an hour. You feel a need to a escape the situation giving rise to a panic.

Agoraphobia is the fear of going into public places and you avoid leaving home.

Generalised anxiety is worrying over trivial matters and you experience physical symptoms of tension, fidgeting and constant checking.
